About the Job:

Join Keeper Security as our Digital Marketing Manager in our newest location Tokyo, Japan and be responsible for establishing our marketing practice in Japan under the leadership of our US-Based Marketing leadership. Leverage different digital channels in social media, search engine optimization and email marketing efforts to connect with existing as well as prospective customers and gain interest in our Keeper products. In this important role, you will build our brand, provide a great customer experience and bring in potential customers along with many other career satisfying opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital marketing strategy for B2B markets in Japan
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Analyze paid search campaigns to identify potential opportunities, and provide recommendations for optimization through ad copy, keywords, ad groups, targeting, bidding, and landing pages
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPI goals (MQLs, SQLs, Revenue, Conversions)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Partner with sales to improve their outreach and engagement and increase leads and conversion rates on a B2B level
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Complete digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
  • Maintain digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Maintain digital marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Develop digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Must reside in Japan with the ability to commute to our Tokyo office on a daily basis
  • Must be fluent both verbal and written in Japanese and English
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Hands-on in in Email Marketing and Marketing Automation
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience
  • Experience using web analytics to optimize SEO and PPC campaigns
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to thrive and deliver in a dynamic, high-growth environment with changing priorities

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the cybersecurity industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
