Purpose of the role

To manage the growth and relationship of key corporate accounts in Singapore and ensure the existing contracts grow in revenue and profitability through successful and deep relationships with the client and close monitoring and management of the local team.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management / Business Partnerships

Business partnerships must be developed and nurtured to secure the long-term growth of key accounts in Singapore.

  • To understand all owned accounts and their history with Ten and to build strong and trusting relationships at all levels with our key account client organizations, from board level to account managers, operational teams, and customer-facing staff
  • To manage the balance between the client’s needs and what is realistic and possible for Ten, within the contract price, to mutual satisfaction
  • To liaise with the Operations team so that the Lifestyle Managers working on these accounts deliver the right quality of the service
  • To gain insight and understanding of the client's wider commercial business objectives and be a key influence within the client's business for strategic decisions connected to their customer engagement and retention goals
  • Identify leads for contract growth opportunities with the aim of always being one step ahead of the client in recognizing where Ten can make a contribution to their aims.

Marketing Management / Business Sustainability

An annual increase in account revenue is required to ensure business sustainability. This measure will be individually assessed for each specific account based on relevant factors.

  • To increase the amount of customers both covered by the service and actively engaged with the service; increasing utilisation period on period. This should drive revenue through an increase in the number of requests briefed or negotiation around a review in the price per request required.
  • To articulate and communicate the business case for how and why lifestyle concierge could be a key or hero benefit on the clients appropriate products or customer segments. Ad hoc programmes should increase brand partnership and you will exploit all profitable, appropriate PR and marketing opportunities.
  • Invoices are well ordered and clear to the client to enable payment being made on time.

Business Analysis

  • A solid understanding of figures and analysis of work undertaken is required to competently manage each corporate account. Analysis of incorrect data results in poor business decisions and the submission of inaccurate reports which can damage Ten’s reputation with a resultant lack of trust from the client.
  • To identify and highlight potential issues early, initiating ad hoc analysis in order to fully understand circumstances swiftly and to take the required actions to resolve.
  • To quickly understand and analyse data relating to new accounts and their operational delivery requirements in order to translate findings clearly and concisely to colleagues.
  • Suggest solutions and improvements to manage highlighted issues through data analysis to manage the implementation of solutions across the business and with the client organisation.

Day to Day Account Management

  • Working with an Account Manager, manage any day-to-day queries/issues with the Client promptly.
  • To intervene in any member satisfaction issues to ensure they are solved quickly and to minimise any damage at the account level. This is particularly relevant when Service Level Agreements are in place and need to be managed to.
  • Provide accurate management information reports on time accompanied by a positive commentary reinforcing the value of the service.

Additional experience/qualifications required

Essential

  • Must have client-facing experience
  • Proven experience with presentation and communication proficiency with clients (includes business writing expertise, delivering PowerPoint presentations, and negotiation skills)
  • Advanced Excel andPowerPoint competence
  • Absolutely must be able to develop relationships with internal stakeholders as this is key to project management
  • Managerial experience
  • Experience managing business operations
