- An integral member of the country leadership team, playing a key role in steering sales performance for a dynamic and rapidly growing company
- Spearheaded efforts to maximize revenues by enhancing the conversion of sales leads and fostering sales growth across multiple brands
- Lead the development and execution of the country sales plan, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Possess a deep understanding of customer needs to provide informed advice on appropriate solutions and products
- Devote time to engage with existing customers, enhancing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to pinpoint new channel opportunities and enhance existing ones through targeted campaigns
- Stay attuned to the local market dynamics to ensure competitive pricing strategies
- Serve as a prominent brand ambassador, actively networking within the local business community to gather market intelligence and generate sales leads
- Drive the performance of the local sales team through effective leadership and strategic guidance
- Collaborate with Group teams to ensure that sales tools are current, relevant, and optimized for the local market
Candidate Requirements
- Senior B2B solution/service, sales and business development background
- Demonstrated tangible track record of consistently driving top-line sales growth, achieving month-over-month improvements in results
- Proactive approach to networking within business communities, successfully generating new leads and expanding the client base
- Collaborative engagement with customers to comprehensively understand their needs and provide effective solutions to address their challenges
- Proven ability to develop, manage, track, and close sales and pipeline opportunities, showcasing a results-driven mindset
