About this Role:
We're on the lookout for an experienced SEO Specialist to lead the optimization efforts for our Global Branding on the G123 gaming platform. Based in Tokyo, Japan, this hands-on role requires developing and implementing a robust SEO strategy to enhance our online presence. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of search engine optimization and marketing, ensuring a strong position on major search networks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct tests, analyze data, and maximize ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize website analytics, PPC initiatives, and competitor links.
- Manage campaign expenses, adhere to budgets, and optimize monthly costs.
- Optimize copy, and landing pages, and implement SEO best practices in code for effective search engine marketing.
- Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams, seamlessly integrating SEO into content creation, programming, and recommending improvements for target keyword positions.
Requirements
Requirements and Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in English is a must, with an additional advantage of Japanese language skills.
- Demonstrated success in SEO and SEM, backed by a proven track record of at least 3-5 years in relevant roles.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of performance marketing, conversion strategies, and online customer acquisition.
- Expertise in planning and executing A/B testing and multivariate experiments, coupled with hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development.
- Familiarity with ranking factors and search engine algorithms, underscored by a commitment to staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.

Salary: 5M ~ 10M JPY / year base pay (depending on skills and experience), bonus once a year based on company and individual performance
