As an Executive Level Engineering Leader, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to new business ventures, inspire large-scale teams, grow and manage engineering leaders, and improve our company processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Potential Succession: Work closely with existing senior engineering leaders, gradually stepping into their roles and continuing their impactful work. Contribute to succession planning efforts by identifying and nurturing talent within the organization.
• Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive the company's growth and take it to the next level. Implement innovative strategies for improved business outcomes and increased market presence.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire large-scale teams of engineers, facilitating a collaborative environment that fosters excellence and high performance. Mentor and develop engineering leaders to support their professional growth and continued success.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, both within engineering and across the wider organization. Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality through the implementation of industry-recognized best practices.

• Shared understanding and belief in our company’s mission and values
• Proven experience in senior leadership positions, successfully managing and leading teams of engineers. Previous experience with scaling tech companies and managing other senior leaders is highly desirable.
• Industry Expertise: Experience working on large-scale products ideally B2C or C2C platforms. Knowledge of modern web technologies is essential.<
