OverviewBased in our Tokyo office, we are seeking a highly motivated Technical Solutions Engineer with a strong passion for helping clients achieve their business goals. As a key player of Supply Partnerships and Solutions team, you’ll be the bridge between our business and publisher technology helping to implement and optimize various publisher solutions across web and app.What You Will Do
- Lead all technical aspects and deliver optimal implementations for premium publishers leveraging our proprietary solutions and products across web and app.
- Work closely with business development team and analytics team to understand clients’ business objectives and unlock opportunities by providing innovative technical solutions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive integrationlaunch, conducttroubleshooting, roll out new features, improve tools and processes, and provide constructive feedback on product requirements.
- Be the subject matter expert and trustworthy technical consultant in the local market on Criteo’s marketing solutions and publisher partnerships.
- 2+ years of experience as Engineer, Technical Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Technical Customer Support, or other equivalent roleswith client facing experience
- Computer Science/Engineering or technology-related degree
- Ability of reviewing and debugging code in the following software languages: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, SQL.
- Experience in mobile app android/iOS development or troubleshooting is a plus
- Experience or interest with data analysis, solution consultation and working closely with external clients throughout the full implementation of projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of interlocutors. Able to convey technical concepts in a way that is easy for partners and non-technical audience to understand.
- Problem solver, customer service mindset, and a positive attitude in a fast pace environment.
- Autonomous personality and interested in taking initiatives and lead on projects.
- Focus on details,passion and interest in technology andadvertising,willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English and Japanese, MandarinandKorean is a plus.
