In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for working with Product teams, Global Solutions Specialists, Product Marketing, Finance and Commercial teams to drive development and adoption of our priority solutions of video, omnichannel, contextual and audience. Leveraging your deep expertise and passion for products, you enable our commercial teams to achieve their growth objective. Once Products are available, it will be your responsibility to ensure that local teams are sufficiently trained on pitching them. You will be the main local point of contact for all queries related to these topics and serve as a local ambassador for all topics related to Product Rollout. You will help translate customer needs to enable the product team to build products and solutions our clients will love.What You'll Do
  • Drive the definition and execution of the Video and CTV regional?Go-To-Market (GTM) strategic plan for?your area
  • Partnering closely with our Sales Specialist, Agency and New Business teams
  • Presenting to commercial teams and clients, prospects, partners, agencies the go to market, the product updates, and the future product direction in order to gather feedback and tailor the GTM to our customer needs
  • Coordinate every aspect of the regional GTM Incentives, Reporting, Trainings, Sales Process in close collaboration with Local Leadership,?Operations,?Sales Ops,?Product?and Product?Marketing teams
  • "Balance strategy with operations to ensure a successful product implementation in your region "
  • Champion global initiatives to drive improvements and efficiencies
  • Gather market needs and influence product roadmap in partnership with the global GTM lead (GSS),?Product and Ramp;D to address market expectations?
  • Identify and lead key initiatives to help commercial teams grow our business
  • Evangelize the product internally and externally through trainings, workshops and educational sessions
  • Work closely with product marketing and local marketing to deliver best in class local sales enablement materials?and external communication strategies
  • Support commercial teams on campaign optimization, troubleshooting, product expertise and knowledge
Who You Are
  • Experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies within a multi-product ad tech company?
  • Working knowledge of DSPs, programmatic landscape, and premium digital video TV buying and digital video experience is a plus
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising?including the underlying implementations to successfully support the spectrum of technical requirements across the client life cycle.?
  • Experience in driving cross-functional projects, and working with different types of business teams and profiles
  • Proven experience in leading and influencing virtual teams composed of different expertise and level of seniority
  • A consultative, collaborative, and analytical approach with a focus on building partnerships internally and externally
  • A strong technical aptitude with the ability to rapidly learn new technologies and take advantage of new concepts
  • Ability to work closely with product marketing and deliver best in class sales enablement materials
  • Ability to work closely with our sales ops and finance teams to seize opportunities and elaborate long term strategic plans
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Navigate and influence within a complex organization to achieve your goals
  • Clearly explain complex ideas to a variety of audiences and address questions
