As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership of your hub portfolio, ensuring you and the team strive for excellence on behalf of your clients at all times. You will contribute to the success of Jellyfish through the leadership of your hub, by setting best in class standards in client satisfaction and retention, plus service expansion across your portfolio. You will lead by example and mentor others.
Requirements
You will be responsible for actively leading one or more strategically important client accounts at Jellyfish. You will collaborate with others to create exceptional client relationships. Seen by a client as the lead voice on an account, you will act as a trusted advisor, actively working with C-level members of your accounts, unlocking potential within the client organisation.
You will be able to work with the most senior levels of both Client and Jellyfish leadership to develop best in class strategy, resulting in a significant positive impact to client business outcomes. You will connect with other departments/industry/global leads to develop innovative approaches to solving the trickiest of client business problems.
You will be able to advocate adoption and use of product(s) across your own client portfolio and your hub, facilitating conversations with clients articulating how JF products and solutions can support achieveing client KPI's identifying opportunities to enhance the Jellyfish client offering.
You are an influential leader, you will embody the JF cultural values, confidently leading, influencing and setting the stardards within a team as well as leading and influencing those around them at all levels throughout Jellyfish.
You will actively lead Jellyfish efforts in the development and growth of our external partnerships.
You will understand the skill level of the team and work with internal resource teams to ensure all individuals are equipped to manage the client workload they are assigned. You are able to effectively delegate to others and provide appropriate support to help develop and grow the career of others in the team. "
You will lead and facilitate growth of hub clients net revenue including new product activation, new projects, new markets and increased media spend.
