Responsibilities (
As data strategy lead

• DivisionProjectOKRs
• • User account

• Create and continuously fine-tune company-wide data strategy, in alignment with key stakeholders; including developing the sub-strategy, from a data perspective, for new product themes
• Support the execution of other divisions/projects, including guiding data-related OKRs amp; progress checks
• Step in as a member for strategy execution, when necessary. For example:
  • Lead the User Account initiatives for several months, in order to align the strategy (actual project may change depending on the timing)
  • Become a core member for 2rd party data collaboration projects
• Join or take a lead in data-driven initiatives
• Provide support in planning and building the data related organization
• Plan for team growth of the data strategy team

As data program manager

• Clarify and define ownership on different aspects of data related areas, including but not limited to: data system, news/ads data, data querying tool, data visualization tool, etc
• Clarify and define various data processes, including but not limited to: data logs collection, chart creation, data visualization etc
• Lead the initiative of monitoring data flow to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data

Requirements

Minimum Requirement (

• Project management experience in data-related projects
• Project experience in companies where ads are a major revenue source
• People management experience of 1+ years
• Strategic business development experience
• Knowledge about different parts of data lifecycle in a company

Preferred Requirement (

• SQLR/PythonTableau
• Jira

• Data analytics skills, such as knowledge of SQL, R/Python, Tableau and other data tools
• Knowledge of project management tools, such as Jira and other technical tools
