Job Description
Rapyuta Robotics is seeking talented and ambitious individuals with a can-do attitude to help revolutionize robotics. We’re creating a whole new generation of robotics platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams to perform business analytics to identify key insights to improve customer outcomes as well as to build the structure to effectively capture data and automate data analysis processes.
A successful individual is a person that has a strong passion in technology and has experience in data analysis with strong interpersonal communication skills. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to roll up their sleeves and deliver with the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data on our warehouse robotics solutions by running a simulated warehouse
- Understand warehouse operations, interpret data, and generate key insights to improve productivity
- Preparing reports and presenting them to key stakeholders
- Design and run the performance measurement test in the warehouse
- Conducts interviews to gather customer insights via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits and other methods
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop data collection and analysis scheme
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and willing to learn and grow
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent skills and experience
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in technical data analysis or data science with proven business analysis experience
- Business level Japanese communication skills, both verbal and written
- Business level English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in at least one or more programming languages, e.g., R, Python
- Excellent presentation, writing, and Excel skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced technical degree or MBA from a top international school
- Prior experience in ICT and/or robotics
- Prior experience in logistics
- Has a passion for working with technology products and proven track record in performing in a fast-paced environment.
