The Senior Talent Acquisition and Engagement Lead will oversee the whole hiring and engagement process for our entire Global team; including recruitment activities, integrating new tools, team building, and marketing efforts to share the message of our products and the fantastic working culture at Bitcoin.com. This position has a career path to be a HRBP if candidates wish.

Talent Attraction amp; Recruiting Activities

  • Manage and refine the end to end recruitment process
  • Use all and any means necessary to build our candidate pipeline
  • Integration of an ATS Recruitment System automating and streamlining the recruiting process
  • Provide high level updates to hiring managers and Head of HR on key open positions
  • Work with Head of HR on metrics and recruitment strategy to reduce lead time and increase conversions
  • Create the best possible experience for candidates and interviewers during the hiring process

Create High performance Team

  • Refining of the Bitcoin.com internal referral system
  • Implementation of an external referral system to drive virality of key open roles
  • Work with Head of HR on the implementation and refining of the reference process

Engagement

  • Work closely with Marketing and Hiring Managers to create content calendar amp; social strategy improving employer branding for both candidates and internal staff
  • Oversee projects and company wide events to keep our remote workers engaged and build out a global culture

Onboarding

  • Improve current onboarding process, following up with new members to ensure they not only have the technical requirements, but also feel comfortable at the start of their Bitcoin.com journey

Annual Hiring Budget

  • Work directly with key stakeholders to plan budgets, implementing strategies and tools to reduce agency fees

Must Have

  • Experience handling the end to end hiring process at a Global scale
  • Strong tech recruiting experience
  • You know where to go and find our engineers and speak their language
  • Can create recruiting metrics and strategies
  • Ability to create from scratch to manage an annual hiring budget
  • Project management skills
  • Excel at working with numbers and data
  • World class communication skills
