The RoleThis role is responsible for supporting the Business Process Architect in business process design, requirements definition, and mapping. Understand Customers’ business requirements and processes and translating them into a successful application design. Support Customer to create UAT documentation. Work with the Customer's change management and training lead to provide training planning, enable the train-the-trainer training sessions, and oversee the training curriculum design and development.What You'll Do
- Responsible for supporting the Business Process Architect in business process design, requirements definition, and mapping.
- Understand Customers’ business requirements and processes and translating them into a successful application design.
- Support Customer to create UAT documentation.
- Work with the Customer's change management and training lead to provide training planning, enable the train-the-trainer training sessions, and oversee the training curriculum design and development.
- Support Customer on end-user training planning and prepare/lead live end-user training courses
Requirements
- Over 5 years of business consulting and/or business process design experiences
- CRM related business process, operation, and maintenance knowledge
- Ability to capture customer needs and present optimal business and system solutions
- Ability to share goals with project members and take action on their own
- Customer negotiation experience more than 3 years or equivalent experience
- Self-starter
- Business English (remote meeting, presentation, etc.)
- Fluent in Japanese
