The RoleAs a Consultant for CRM, you will be a member of the Veeva Systems Professional Services group working on providing consultation, solving problems and application design on project teams implementing Veeva’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application built on thesalesforce.complatform and the other Veeva's products to companies in the life sciences industry. The ideal candidate has a keen focus in delivering exceptional customer success, thrives as a self-starter, and is excited to push the envelope.What You'll Do
- Conveying and performing application build, test, and deploy activities according to the plan
- Creating project deliverables
- Leading requirement definition and implementation workshop
- Providing solutions aligned with the requirement definition
- Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing support
- Developing, and configuring Veeva products/ Salesforce.com accordingly
- Providing information and knowledge as a specialist of Veeva products and Salesforce.com/Force.com
Requirements
- Experience in implementing software/ consulting on system implementation
- Self-motivated and be able to move thing forward aggressively
- English ability to write and read
- Native Level Japanese ability
- Well-Experienced/ Knowledgeable in CRM field either on Salesforce.com or other cloud solutions
Nice to Have
- Project leading experience
- Business level English (ability to attend meetings in English)
- Strong presentation design skill
- Demonstrated 3 years+ of consulting or equivalent experience
