The Role
Veeva Systems is looking for an experienced Services Operations manager. The Services Operations Manager will work closely with the professional services teams across Asia to manage many aspects of our internal and customer facing operations including defining and managing operational best practices, and executing the tactical needs that are generated by Veeva’s aggressive growth. What You'll Do
  • Increase data quality to support revenue forecasting accuracy
  • Pull through best practices for emerging field teams
  • Maintain best practices and lessons learnt for field teams
  • Support onboarding and training of field team
  • Facilitate regional subject matter experts collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Reduce end of month/quarter services hours and expenses close for both internal and external resources to 4 days
  • Up to date dashboards for all professional services teams with regular updates scheduled
  • Partnership with finance teams to ensure compliance
Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience in a field operations role
  • 1+ years of salesforce.com end user experience with strong reporting skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • High level of proficiency with Excel (i.e. pivot tables, not macros)
  • Demonstrated experience as self-starter taking initiative to identify inefficiencies and ability to drive improvement
  • Excellent English and Japanese skills.
