he or she is responsible for promotion and coordination of product development for dialysis monitoring in collaboration with HW/SW/bio engineers

Requirements

• Team management experience and skills (gt;5 years)
• Management experience and skills relating to product development (gt; 5 years)
• Ramp;D and/or Product development experiences, especially optical devices or medical devices (gt; 10 years)
• Collaboration skills with experts of broad area such as optics, HW, SW, and biomedical
• Conversational skills and cooperativeness
• One or more of the following will be evaluated
  • deep knowledge and/or research experiences in optics
  • knowledge of biomedical fields and/or medical devices
  • HW development
  • data-analysis of biological data or chemometrics
