We are seeking a talented Web Project Manager for our Bitcoin.com website who shares our vision.
This role is focused on offering our users the best user experience when they are starting their journey into the world of cryptocurrencies across our growing website. You and your team will identify and execute on the biggest opportunities to solve customer needs, drive business impact and realize Bitcoin.com's mission.
This is an unrivalled opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled product managers, developers, designers, and marketers to build a cryptocurrency platform comprised of many integrations and applications that will change the ecosystem trajectory and lead to mass adoption of Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash.
Duties
- Work alongside Product, Engineering, Design, Growth, and Marketing to build world-class cryptocurrency website and web applications and experience
- Coordinate website and brand activities related to launch and maintenance of the product line
- Set up and plan projects for website design and development, SEO, localization and advertising
- Define and assign tasks and due dates to internal and external team members
- Manage scope, resources, schedules and deadlines for webteam in line with company's OKRs
- Maintain project and process documentation
- Maintain relationships with third parties and vendors
- Work closely with webteam and other engineering team members following agile software development practices
- Highlight potential user experience problems or functionality malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Manage support requests related to website and its functionality
- Provide quality assurance together with the QA team
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a website project manager
- Strong project management skills and ability to work across different product teams
- Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
- Strong working knowledge of website design and development
- Has managed engineering teams, designers, and collaborated with other product people
- Agile mindset to improve iteratively, rather than placing big long term bets
- Excellent communication skills
- Communicates well in both written and verbal English
Nice To Have
- Strong understanding of blockchain, both technical and practical
- Cryptocurrency or financial services product management a big plus
