We're currently looking for a superb Total Rewards Manager to help us push our organization forward.

Scope of position

The Total Rewards Manager will develop from scratch our Total Rewards function within the Human Resources Department. This includes a total rewards benchmarking system, regular salary review processes, bonus structure, and executive amp; all-level compensation. It also encompasses the company’s comprehensive employee benefits portfolio which includes wellness, maternity/paternity benefits, and much more. Additionally, the Total Rewards Manager works to increase awareness of the compensation agenda within the organization.

Specifically, responsibilities include:

  • Develop, drive amp; conduct analysis, interpret results, and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective Camp;B programs that are aligned with the organization's overall business strategy
  • Handle questions and issues from employees related to Camp;B procedures, benefits, and payment towards fostering understanding and transparency
  • Update Camp;B based on new laws related to labor code, tax, and insurance towards ensuring job processing is compliant with legal regulations in Japan and globally
  • Manage data towards facilitating insurance reports and other related processes
  • Assist Head of HR with delivering accurate data for quarterly accruals
  • Interface with internal stakeholders towards successfully implementing and communicating Camp;B topics within the organization
  • Be the point of contact between our payroll vendor and the organization
  • Participate in other Camp;B assignments and HR projects as directed

Requirements

For this role we're requiring the following:

  • Solid experience in Camp;B, preferably in a tech startup environment
  • Experience building a Camp;B strategy from scratch
  • Knowledge of labor regulations in Japan and globally including HR practice standards, labor code, and tax law
  • Detail oriented with superb grasp of data and experience implementing the necessary tools
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Excellent communicator with amazing interpersonal skill set
  • You are fun to work with and have lots of love and empathy towards people
  • Solution-oriented and flexible; embracing change and seeking new opportunities in our agile environment
  • The ability to persevere and find hope in tough times (we got your back!)
  • Strong plus if you have cryptocurrency knowledge
