Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our Expansion teams including Sales, Partnership and Marketing team to support prospecting campaigns.
- Use tools like Hubspot CRM, Lusha, LinkedIn andApollo.ioto maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information for customers and prospects.
- Research customers and identify decision makers of potential prospects.
- Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Spenmo's technology and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers to successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
- Develop the skills necessary to profile, qualify and schedule appointments with key decision makers within high-value target accounts.
- Learn how to perform high volume prospecting/calling into multiple organisations via cold calling, e-mail, and social networking to build and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
- Support Expansion team by supplementing data sets, creating campaign content, and managing some ad hoc operational aspects of the job (lead routing, reporting projects, etc).
- Providing analytical support to strategic initiatives, provide on-going visibility to strategic initiative performance, ensuring activities align with company and function business objectives to support JP team needs.
- Attend and plan meetings for the expansion team including leading interviews, taking meeting minutes, handling meeting logistics and follow-ups.
- To support Country Launcher with other ad hoc initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in either business, finance and/or economics.
- Independent and self motivated with experience in business development.
- Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English.
- Innovative and a good problem solver.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership towards work.
- Interested in the fintech Sector.
- Based in Tokyo, Japan.
- Hybrid working within Tokyo.
Internship information:
- Available for 2 months internship from end of July to end of September
- Stipend SGD1,000 (98,800 JPY)
