POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, establishing and maintaining sale opportunities to include account management and end user relationships on a daily basis and providing solutions to customer needs primarily through education and awareness of products and services offered.

- Develops Regional Sales Strategy to include:
- Target Customers
- Target Requirements for all supported Markets
- Identification of Key Procurement Vehicles
- Interfaces with all applicable customers and vendors within the region using best available communication platforms including face-to-face meetings, phone/text, and email.
- Understands all aspects of customer’s requirements and available procurement methods, and assists to determine the right product and contract within the customer purchasing timeline.
- Works directly with Customer to ensure requirements are verified, within scope for the presented contract vehicle, and priced fair and reasonably
- Collaborates with team members from initial requirement, to purchase, to order fulfillment.
- Negotiates discounts with vendors.
- Grows Regional Sales Pipeline
- Meets/Exceeds Individual Sales Revenue and Profitability Goals
- Accurately maintains regional Salesforce data and ensures accurate tracking of regional performance and forecasting. Submits weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as required.
- Conducts regional analysis and develops and executes customer growth plans
- Travels and represents Noble at industry conferences, as needed
- Provides input and recommendations for Continuous Process Improvements (CPIs)
- Tracks critical data within Noble’s IT systems (NETSUITE, Salesforce)
- Help other members of the team, as required team player.
- Performs other duties, as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ proven sales experience or related industry experience
- Prior Military and/or procurement experience a plus
