About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Air Import Break-Bulk Executive in our Narita Office. This position will be responsible for Break bulk and documentation clerk for air freight import operation and support of AE operation..

What you will be doing

• Airfreight import documentation handling, break bulk
• Document pick up from airline and handover to other company
• Document hand over to customs broker, internal and external
• Document receiving, coordination
• Flight monitoring and Irregular handling
• Input to the NACCS and our operating system, also creating instruction to other parties
• Data quality/accuracy responsibility
• Debit/credit note issuing and invoice settlement with finance team
• Securing profit
• Support of Airfreight export documentation, correction and printing
• Export document set up and delivery to airline and agent
• Etc.

Requirements

The successful candidate

• Experience with working in an international freight forwarder
• Organization skill and paying attention to details
• Basic communication skill in English, most in reading and writing
• Ability to work under pressure in a matrix environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
