Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Keywords Studios Player Support is looking for an Assistant Coordinator who will help a PS Coordinator
carry out tasks and responsibilities as outlined below
-Coordinate and work with various departments on the following-IT, Facilities, Payroll, Learning and Development, Resourcing Team and Workforce Management and Global Communications
-Help PS Coordinators with completing specific tasks for mid-year and annual evaluations
-Take an ownership of activities for Employee Engagement
-Manage and ensure policies change
Requirements
Mandatory
• Fluent in both English and Japanese
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools
• Ability to create reports and generate templates
• Familiarity with email scheduling tools
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements. Ability to organize engagement
activities and other related events
• Highly autonomous
Appreciated
• Familiarity with Customer Support
• Experience in the video game industry
